St. John's Wort lifts the spirit, helping to clear away any emotional heaviness, while fennel provides comfort and serenity. (St. John's wort interferes with common anti-depressants and anxiety pharmaceuticals, and is not recommended for those on these medications.)

Usage:Â Bring 1-2 tbsp of blend in 500ml water to a boil. Turn off heat, and let steep for 10 minutes. Add milk, honey, and/or lemon & enjoy. Drink 1-2 cups/day.
